The Center staff consists of an Executive Director, Site Directors, Director of School-Age Programs, Administrative Staff, Preschool Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers and Aides. Each group operates with a team including a lead teacher or primary care giver, assistants and aide(s). Administrative staff help each site and program to function smoothly and meet the needs of the CCC families. Teaching staff are certified in First Aid and CPR. At least one staff member at every program is MAT (Medicine Administration Trained) trained.
Our staff turnover rate is uniquely low for the early childhood field. This is due in part to the diverse programs that the center operates and the opportunities these present for growth and advancement. The center commits a generous amount of its budget to staff development and training each year. Incentives are given for completion of degrees and certifications. We value our staff and recognize they are an important part of delivering our high quality of services.
